1. Operator
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of solreadings.com, operated by Murat Atak, Valentinskamp 63, 20355 Hamburg, Germany.
2. Products & Delivery
Solreadings offers exclusively digital tarot and psychic readings. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Readings are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address at the time of purchase. Solreadings is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect, inaccessible, or full email inbox.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency of your region. The base currency of our shop is Euro (EUR). Where Shopify Markets is active, prices may be displayed in your local currency. Payment is processed securely via credit card through Shopify Payments.
4. Minimum Age
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Solreadings reserves the right to cancel orders where this requirement is not met.
5. Right of Withdrawal
All readings offered by Solreadings are prepared individually and exclusively for each customer based on their personal details and specific request. In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products made to the consumer's specifications. In addition, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the preparation of your reading and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.
6. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital content delivered by email, all sales are final once delivery has been made. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for delivered readings. If you are unsatisfied or have follow-up questions, please contact us at contact@solreadings.com and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Entertainment Purposes Only
All readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Please refer to our Disclaimer for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
Reading content is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any reading without prior written consent from Solreadings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solreadings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Changes to Terms
Solreadings reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
