No Right of Withdrawal
All readings offered by Solreadings are prepared individually and exclusively for each customer based on their personal details and specific request. Each reading is therefore a personalised product made to the consumer's specifications.
In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods or services made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
In addition, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- your reading is prepared personally and exclusively for you based on your individual details and request,
- you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the preparation of your reading upon payment confirmation, and
- you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.
